Re-impose of a definitive countervailing duty and a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of tubes and pipes of ductile cast iron

The Official Journal of the European Union published the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/526 of 15 April 2020 re-imposing a definitive countervailing duty on imports of tubes and pipes of ductile cast iron (also known as spheroidal graphite cast iron) originating in India as regards Jindal Saw Limited following the judgment of
the General Court in T-300/16.

It also published the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/527 of 15 April 2020 re-imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of tubes and pipes of ductile cast iron (also known as spheroidal graphite cast iron) originating in India as regards Jindal Saw Limited following the judgment of the General Court in T-301/16.

LAST PUBLICATIONS OF THE COURT OF JUSTICE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

The Official Journal of the European Union published the Last publications of the Court of Justice of the European Union including:

– Appeal brought on 14 February 2020 by Yieh United Steel Corp. against the judgment of the General Court (Second Chamber) delivered on 3 December 2019 in Case T-607/15, Yieh United Steel v Commission (Case C-79/20 P): in accordance with Article 61 of the Statute of the Court of Justice, give final judgment, upholding Yusco’s claims before the General Court and, accordingly, annul the antidumping duty imposed on the appellant under Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1429 ( 1 ) of 26 August 2015 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of stainless steel cold-rolled flat products originating in the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan (the ‘Contested Regulation’ or the ‘Definitive Duty Regulation’), in so far as it relates to the applican.

Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of peroxosulphates (persulphates) originating in the People’s Republic of China

The Official Journal of the European Union published the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/477 of 31 March 2020 amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/39 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of peroxosulphates (persulphates) originating in the People’s Republic of China following an expiry review pursuant to Article 11(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
