Notification of the revised list of materials originating in South Africa and which cannot be imported directly into the EU duty-free quota-free

The Official Journal of the European Union published the Notice from the Commission pursuant to paragraph 17 of Article 4 of the Protocol 1 to the Economic Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the SADC EPA States, concerning the definition of the concept of ‘originating products’ and methods of administrative cooperation — Notification of the revised list of materials originating in South Africa and which cannot be imported directly into the EU duty-free quota-free, to which the cumulation provided for under paragraph 2 of Article4 of the Protocol 1 to the EU-SADC EPA shall not apply.

definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain iron or steel fasteners

The Official Journal of the European Union published the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/611 of 30 April 2020 re-imposing the definitive anti-dumping duty imposed by Council Regulation (EC) No 91/2009 on imports of certain iron or steel fasteners originating in the People’s Republic of China to imports of certain iron or steel fasteners consigned from Malaysia, whether declared as originating in Malaysia or not.

AMENDMENT OF ANNEX I TO REGULATION (EC) NO 798/2008

The Official Journal of the European Union published the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/544 of 20 April 2020 amending Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 798/2008 as regards the entry for the United States in the list of third countries, territories, zones or compartments from which certain poultry commodities may be imported into or transit through the Union in relation to highly pathogenic avian influenza.
